How It Works

Your Simple Path to Hormone Balance

From discovery to lasting results — here’s exactly how we work together.

The AgeWell Process – 5 Clear Steps

1. Discovery call

We start with a free 15-minute call so I can learn about your symptoms, goals, and health history. This is your chance to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.

2. Comprehensive Lab Evaluation

You’ll complete targeted testing (including 24-hour urine hormone testing, thyroid panel, adrenal function, and other relevant markers) so we have a complete picture of your hormone status.

3. Personalized Treatment Plan

Based on your labs, symptoms, and goals, I create a custom plan using bioidentical hormones, peptides (when appropriate), nutrition, and lifestyle support — never a one-size-fits-all approach.

4. Implementation & Close Support

We begin treatment with clear instructions, easy-to-follow dosing, and regular check-ins. You’ll have direct access to me throughout the process.

5. Ongoing Optimization & Monitoring

We track your progress with follow-up labs and adjust as needed so you continue feeling your best long-term.

What to Expect – Your Timeline

  • Weeks 1–4: Initial labs, personalized plan, and start of treatment. Many notice early improvements in sleep, mood, and energy. Hormones adjusted based on response and individual goals.
  • Weeks 6–12: Follow-up labs and continued adjustments as needed. Most patients see significant gains in energy, mental clarity, and overall well-being.
  • Month 3 and Beyond: Continued optimization and maintenance. You’ll feel the full benefits of balanced hormones and sustained vitality.
